Steve and Britt were excellent to work with. We were kept well informed of all that was going on with our new home. Steve is very organized and kept the project moving right along. All of his sub contractors were also great to work with, and the quality of the work was outstanding. We recommend him highly!
My wife and I hired Steve at the recommendation of our designer for a major kitchen/living room renovation. Prior to the start of our project, Steve provided a detailed schedule of the stages, and names of the subs. All subcontractors were on-time, courteous, and the work they performed met or exceeded our expectations. When unforeseen problems occurred (e.g. mold in the AC duct work), Steve was able to get these issues resolved without breaking our budget. Steve (amazingly) choreographed the entire process with absolutely no downtime, and gave prompt responses to our questions and communications. Inspections were a breeze, and we are absolutely awe-struck with the final results. To say we love our renovation is an understatement.

We had started finishing our lower level with another contractor and it was a terrible experience. We were introduced to Steve after our other contractor was gone and I can’t say enough good things about working with Steve. He had to tear down, repair and complete work that was done by our other contractor. Our lower level is now a wonderful space for our family. He is professional, thorough, dependable and does quality work. I don’t write reviews for anything but I’m writing this because I know how important it is to work with good people and what can happen when you don’t. I would recommend Steve/Imagery Homes to anyone looking for a contractor.
