Call or email us and we will set up a date and time to meet in person. Gather your ideas and write out your wish list. We’ll discuss your needs, timeline, and budget.
Do I need to hire an architect?
We have relationships with several accomplished architects in the greater Milwaukee area. Our team likes to walk your site to make sure each design takes full advantage of your environment. If you have an architect that you would prefer to work with that’s good too.
How long does the build take?
It all depends on the size of the home or renovation project. Typically speaking though, a new home takes about nine to ten months from ground breaking to move in day. A remodel will vary upon the scope of the project.
How much will it cost?
We are a custom home builder and remodeler. No two projects are the same. We work with the finest materials, craftsmen, and suppliers; however our low overhead allows us to provide more for less. You’re quoted a price that is inclusive, fair, and totally transparent.
Do you offer Interior Design Services?
Why yes, we do. In fact, it is included in every project. Our designers will guide you with tile choices, paint colors, wood finishes, and more. The selection process won’t be overwhelming when you have an expert helping you “put it all together.”
Who will be overseeing my project?
Steve is the owner and General Contractor on all projects. He is on site daily and will be your point of contact. Steve will be working closely with you and the sub-contractors to make sure the project gets done on time and on budget.
