Our Standard Features

Although each home is custom designed by you, we have minimum standards that our customers have come to expect in their home. Superior engineering, efficiency, and quality are the pillars of Imagery Homes. Nothing is hidden and all is accounted for. We are a transparent, open book builder and renovator.

We know the building process can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to think of everything, because we already did.

  • Foundation

    • Poured foundation walls

    • Basement wall height 9′

    • Form-A-Drain drain tile with 12″ stone

    • Walls are a minimum of 10″ thick except 12″ in brick/stone areas (if applicable)

    • Steel rebar reinforcement of concrete walls per plan/code

    • Tuff-N-Dry Waterproofing applied to foundation walls (15 year warranty)
